Why does my app keep crashing?

If you have a valid Login ID and are unable to launch the FYC app, you may be on an unsupported platform.

Make sure you are on a supported device and operating system:

  • iOS (iPhone & iPad): iOS 11.2 or newer
     
  • Android (Phone & Tablet): Android 4.4 (KitKat) or newer
     
  • tvOS: Apple TV 4th Generation (Model #A1625) or Newer
     
  • Desktop: Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite), Windows 10 (32 Bit & 64 Bit)
     
  • Windows Phone: Not supported at this time.

You can also try deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if this resolves the issue. If neither of these steps works then you’ll need to give us a call or email us your system specifications along with your support request.
